Features
• 10 to 18 ball warpers aranged to permit a continuous change without having to having to stop the machine.
• One feeding device to ensure uniform yarn tension to the rang.
• 3-compartments of pre-scouring and hot washing.
• 6 to 16 Indigo vat dyeing compartments followed by an oxidation passage, the number of compartments depending in the desired intensity of shade.
• 5-washing compartments for hot rinsing to remove non-fixed dye and chemical.
• 24 to 40 cylinders dryer.
• Plaiting down device for 10 to 18 hanks in a correspondingly number of carrier.
