SDH-KKP SERIES

- Improved formability and productivity by applying bottom dead point stop range (160~200°) on knuckle press
- Decreased speed by 40~66% at crank press and product molding section
- When knuckle press is applied on the product manufactured at 200SPM of crank speed, the product can be manufactured at the speed of 266~280SPM
- Decreasing speed at molding section decreases noise and extends mold life
- Double count weight is adopted so that high speed operation would be possible at knuckle structure (patent pending)
- Improved degree of precision and reinforced frame hardness by double knuckle structure of H-type casting frame
- Improved degree of precision by applying slide linear bearing
- Developed high torque clutch/break
- Improved response time and adopted lining gap control by applying block type clutch lining
- Minimized slide cumulative gap by applying hydraulic pressure regulating screw
