세미오토 그라인더 NSG는 세라믹블록을 로딩 후 스타트 버튼만 1회 누르면 자동으로 두께를 맞추며 타깃까지 가공하는 시스템입니다. 오토 쿨런트 시스템 적용으로 낮은 부하로 그라인딩 가공이 진행되어 웨이퍼에 스트레스와 부하를 최소화하여 웨이퍼 칩핑 및 크랙을 방지합니다. 최적화된 UI 구성으로 가공시간, 가공 시 휠부하, 스텝별 두께 정보, 휠마모량 등 필요한 정보를 한눈에 확인할 수 있어 편리합니다.
