양면그라인더 NSDG 는 다이아몬드 휠(Fixed abrasive)을 사용하여 Saw막 등 불규칙한 면을 가진 사파이어 웨이퍼, 커버 글라스 등의 얇고 깨지지 쉬운 소재를 빠른 연마속도와 정확한 평탄도를 유지하며 양면을 동시에 연마하는 장치입니다. 캐리어에 웨이퍼를 장착하고 스타트 버튼을 누르면 상정반이 하강한 후 자동으로 RPM, 압력 등이 바뀌며 설정된 두께까지 가공이 된 후에 정지합니다.
