The Universal Expansion Joint Points allow a Large amount of lateral offset in multiple plans, and the material deflation can be introduced or Decreased by changing the length of the intermediate pipe Universal Expansion Joint points do not use Tie rods, and are therefore capable only for low pressure applications. Fix points and guys must be effectively designed to stand the full pressure thrust forces and other loads.
