Notes) ① For the number superior to 65A : it is when "B" was 1inch, and when its inferior number is 11/4, 11/2inch.

② For the number superior to 80A : it is when "B" was 11/2inch, and when its inferior number is 2inch.

STRUCTURE

• SHAFT

Shaft rotates by attaching to rotation body including Roller, Drum. For the method of attachment, there are two kinds of (screw type) and [FLANGE type]. As taper screw for pipe of KS, as for direction, from the direction of Roller or Drum rotation to attach Rotary Joint, it's [left screw if clockwise) [right screw if counter-clockwise)

• HEAD

Head is the connect part of supply and discharge of fluid, and WINNER PIPE is concluded for compound.

per screw for KS pipe is concluded if screw type, and screw direction of Inner Pipe corresponds to the screw direction of a pivot. And, in case of Flange Type, only with right screw, Lock Nut is used as the PARALLEL PIPE THREADS.

• BODY

Body is composed of 9ARBON BELLOWS as the Seal mechanism part including & BEARING under load of Rotary Joint. Bellows part keeps airtight by increasing or decreasing Seal surface pressure automatically with strength proportionate to inside fluid pressure, protects wear of Seal surface and absorbs minute vibration,

• COVER

As the Cover to press Ball Bearing inserted into the body, packing is inserted including FELT RING in order for Grease of Bearing not to leak to outside.
