Description
All components are designed to handle continuously up to 300hp or torque up to 3000Nm or speeds up to equivalent rotation speed to vehicle velocity 300km/h. This system will faithfully reproduce speed, torque, jounce, and steer simultaneously on four specimens.
The complete assembly is dynamically balanced to operate smoothly over a whole operating speed range.
Propeller Shaft Joint Sealing Testing System is equipped with the propeller shaft under variable temperature, humidity and mud spray.
The system is designed to test picture parts.
Drive Shaft Performance Testing System faithfully reproduces speed, torque, jounce, and steer simultaneously on two specimens. The complete assembly is dynamically balanced to operate smoothly over a whole operating speed range.
The CV-joint high angle torque testing system is designed for CV-joint and Propeller shaft rotating test by increasing torque. This system can set the customized steering angle, test two specimens at the same time, and do fatigue test.
The GAF testing system is for measuring the axle load which is generated at a half-shaft during the driving of a vehicle.
To measure and analyze the axle load, the system can test a half shaft by changing the test condition such as rotating speed, torque, and angle.
