Overview
The equipment, composed of a Full In Line System, laminates 3 LCD BLU Film Sheets [width between 900~1600mm] using a Roll To Roll method.
The procedure consists of peeling off the protective film while Roll Feeding the middle Film and top/bottom PC Film, then application of Bond Pumping to top and bottom of the passing 3 sheets of Film through the precision Roller for Lamination.
Thereafter, the Film Sheets progress into the Baking process for Cutting into BLU size.
