Intelligent Memory's DRAM supports automatic ECC capabilities to avoid data damage.

Intelligent Memory's DRAM Module offers a long lifespan of at least seven years. It also features Form factor options for use in systems with limited space. Intelligent Memory's NAND Flash is manufactured to be used in a variety of environments, divided into Silver, Ruby, and Emerald grades, and supports 3,000, 30,000, and 60,000 PE cycles, respectively.

Compatible with eMMC 5.1 as well as earlier versions (4.3, 4.5), it is highly compatible with a variety of systems.
