Characteristics and Applications of Vacuum Self-Priming Vortex Pump
▶ Characteristics
In pumping, this deflates itself and sucks water without vacuum pump or check valve. It shows high degree of self-suction.
The time of self-suction is short. Flow rate is 100~500㎡/h, the time of self-suction 30~90 sec.
Special vacuum suction device forms the gap between impeller and casing in the state of vacuum, which promotes the efficiency and sucking power of pump by reducing the destruction of cavitation against impeller.
Through vacuum suction device, Auto or Manu is possible and there shows the extension of life and energy saving effect.
Simple installation and use. Just install the pump on the ground and connect the sucking pipe in waterBy installing Impeller using Computer (CAD), leading ideal water flow in the Impeller.
