SMP is placed at mooring site to fit AFT side of the SMP just above the AFT side anchors’ position.

At step 1, The AFT mooring lines are connected to the SMP AFT at the sea surface and the

SMP is lowered to position 2. At step 2, the SMP is placed at position 3

to have the room length of FWD mooring lines and connection at FWD side. At step 3,

the SMP is floated to reach the destined position 4. Finally, the SMP is awaiting

the FPSO to be moored above.
