ㆍFeatures The check valve has supplemented the defects of other products from other supplier and therefore has solved the problem of pressure drop due to valve breakage and malfunction or an unstable dew point. The valve is a self-made product.

ㆍProblems of each type

Type	Problems
DUAL PLATE	* Breakage due to a deteriorated swing; * Malfunctions due to abrasion between the connection hole and the pin and disc; * ΔP due to a narrow open area.
SWING	* Enlarged discs due to the long distance between the sides; bigger size and wear can be made due to the impact between the connection drive connecting disc with the body and thus making the product malfunction. Close running may produce impact that could break the arm.
DISC PLATE	* The horizontal piping connection may produce not only fluid force that pushes when disc plate is connected to the body guide but also return the spring’s repulsive power to abrade the guide and to malfunction.
DISC PLATE SPRING RETURN	* The horizontal piping connection may produce deflection due to the weight of the disc at the bottom that connects to the shaft cylinder causing it to malfunction.
