​The CSM series is for a chip scale wafer level marker. 
It has good marking quality without chip damages at the backside of a wafer. 
The series has an automatic calibration system to adjust scanner accuracy and an automated marking inspection system to check the marking results.

Wafer top side marker
WTM series: WTM200/300

The WTM series is for marking reference die, bad die, and wafer ID on a wafer.
The series provides a top side wafer marking solution having high-speed processing and a user-friendly program.

Wafer ID marker
WM series: WM080/012

The WM series is a wafer ID marking system that can only be used in a clean room of the class 1 level. 
It guarantees a high degree of stability and enable high-speed processing.
