• Panel type Prefilter filters sparks and coarse particles that flow into the fume gas during welding • The filter media is made of stainless steel or steel and is economical as it can be reused after washing. |
• Media type Main Filter uses high-purity FELT filter media on the surface and with 0.3um particle diameter (HOT DOPTEST), it perfectly captures over 99.74% of harmful fine particles. The thick filtration layer and the high tensile strength of media can prevent deterioration of dust collecting performance due to breakage.(Issued test report from FITI Testing Institute) |
• Odor removal function • Activated carbon fiber filter is an active material composed of polycrystalline polymer compounds, and it has high adsorption rate, high strength, and is not easily weathered; hence, it does not create secondary pollution and is acid-resistant and alkali-resistant with long service life. |
