APD SERIES Filter Information
· Equipped with cartridge filter, it has wide filtration area and it is easy to replace by integrating with cell plate.
· The material is PET, membrane, Nomex, etc., and water-repellent antistatic (aluminum) treatment is applied according to the purpose.

Structure that minimized the cause of dust explosion APD SERIES is a dust collector that adopts an antistatic cartridge filter and a separate solenoid enclosure, and eliminates dust with AIR PULSE, and prevents sparks when dust collector is operated with explosion-proof motor and sealed external explosion-proof electric box (option) |

Electric Box Depending on the conditions of use, explosion-proof electrical boxes or steel boxes are used to seal and to prevent the exposure of sparks. |

Storm Diffusing Port If dust explodes in the dust collector, the explosion force can cause a large casualty accident if the body of the dust collector ruptures, thus inducing explosion energy and discharging it through the diffusing port at the top back of the dust collector to minimize the damage. |

Slide Gate In case of fire caused by external flame penetration, the slide gate operates to prevent fire expansion and protect the motor. |
|
Back Flow Preventing Valve If a dust explosion occurs inside the dust collector, it prevents the flame from flowing back into the duct to protect the operator from the flame storm. |
