1/2" NPT-type Pressure Reducing Regulators

092 Series is the specially designed to regulate the mass flow of gases and liquid such as ultra precision plumbing line with 1/2” FNPT. As the product body and all internal parts are made of stainless steel 316L material, It is designed to use at Laboratory, special gas for Analytical application, Ultra pure gas, corrosive Gas and Liquid and other facility lines. You can select 3 ports, 4 ports types as per each application. As Max Inlet pressure upto 3500 psig(241 bar) and outlet working pressure upto Max 500 psig (35 bar), you can select each model based on outlet pressure range. 

Drastar regulators are designed and manufactured for easier operation by equipping with the DRASTAR’s own developed “push and lock” type(patent number 1086199) handle that completely prevents the slight change of pre-set value that can be caused by the vibration from outside or minute vibration at the gas pipeline. you can prevent the slight-changing of pre-set value just by pushing the handle and reset the value freely by drawing the handle. This push and lock system has been created and applied patent for DRASTAR regulators. 

*Caution : Filtering (Gas 7㎛ ~ 15㎛, water 15㎛ ~ 80㎛ ) is a Must for General gas application such as Non-high purity gas. Otherwise, it may cause a breakdown to the regulator. It is strongly recommended to install filter for prolong product life time and enable saving maintenance expense.
