Description
Feature
- With selection of differentiated hydraulic system and electric system, even beginner can operate it easily.
- Using touch screen, it can set up easily the temperature condition and time etc. at each mold giving the number to each mold.
- Remained quantity of rubber maintain the condition of immature molding by cooling up to the nozzle range
- As heater single line equipment are installed inside, it’s possible to check whether each heater line is cut or not and whether heater operate right or not.
- It’s easy to replace the mold thanks to the ball transfer, installed in the low heat plate.
- By L.M bearing, fixed in slide, it can work smoothly.
- To save the power cost and for the precise control, it applied the electronic proportion control system.
