• The drive mechanism at the upper part of the machine provides convenient check and maintenance of the lower part and easy installation of the attachments.
• Die set rear or front exchange system with enough working space provides easy exchanging and allows an installation of the automatic devices like compacts feeding device at the front of the machine.
• Unchangeable ejection position of compacts makes the ejection control unnecessary and makes the mould design simplified.
• It is possible to get complicated compacts and to save mould costs that the stopper is designed against 120 tons.
• Crack of the compacts due to the spring-back in case of big compacts can be avoided as the upper punch press down the compacts until ejection with hold-down cylinder of long stroke to be installed at the upper ram.
• Ease motor-driven adjustment by regulating the digital counter on control panel.
• Separate space for floating core is not necessary upon machine installation as the floating core can be installed
