Overview & Features
DLPP(Daedong Linear Pick & Place) is a small and slim linear type’s pick & place. It allows high-speed work and positioning. DLPP operation principle is the index drive which freely sets two direct motions. In details, 10~200mm stroke operating in horizontal direction and 10~60mm stroke operating in vertical direction interact with each other in this device. The index drive using two roller gear cams is suitable for a feeding device and it is utilized on broad fields.

DLPP’s characteristics
Basic structure
A complex device composed of 3 elements including two roller gear cams and cam follower.
High Accuracy
Applied with refined cam curve, precisely processed cam, and cam follower to remove backlash. The stroke also maintains high degree of precision (0.02).
High Speed
Pick& Place index drive suitable for feed work allows the maximum speed of 0.5s/pc.
Economic Feasibility
No need for frequent maintenance and has excellent productivity for reducing the life cycle expense in automated system.
