C#NG

C#NG is a Pure graphite Gasket

C#NG is an excellent sealing material for high temperature, high-pressure transfer of liquids, gases, steam, chemicals and corrosives. It is manufactured from high purity, high crystalline natural graphite flakes, which are processed into continuous foil by a special acid and thermal treatment to produce expanded graphite crystals. The expanded graphite crystals are then formed into foil through an extensive calendaring process without any resins and binders.

C#NGP

C#NGP is a grphite laminate reinforced with a flat stainless steel core.

C#NGP is recommended for high temperature, high pressure sealing applications. The inclusion of the steel reinforcing core giverise to a robust sheet with excellent handling characteristics. C#NGP can be used to seal a wide range of media, with exception of strong oxidising agents at extremes of temperature and pressure. The soft conformable nature of the graphite facing material makes C#NGP suitable for sealing between worn or pitted flanges. Typical industries where C#NGP is usde include power generation and petrochemical.

C#NGT is recommended for applications involving high sealing stresses and where high blowout resistance is required. The inclusion of the steel reinforcing layers give rise to a robust sheet. C#NGT can be usde to seal a wide range of media, with exception of strong oxidising agents at extremes of temperature and pressure.
