ICS SERIES TOOL
The iCS tool includes programmable touch-screen, electronics enclosure, and installation head with stepper motor and gearbox. Use to install Dual-Lokt preformed clamps.
- Bench mounted with linear slide (X-Y motion)
- Tension wheels grip clamp tail prior to tension process
- Industrial control system with programmable touch screen to set maximum and hold tension, and hold delay before cutoff
- Stores multiple clamp setups
- 2000 lbs. tension load cell
- Data recording and export
