AMC60 P/S & Flow Controller
AMC60은 MFC에 Power를 공급하고, 실제 MFC를 통해 흐르고 있는 Flow양을 Analog Signal로 받아들여 Digital 값으로 Display하며 User가 원하는 Set Point 값을 Front Pannel 에서 Setting하며 Button Swithch를 사용해서 Flow 양을 확인할 수 있도록 Design 되었다. 또한 연결된 MFC에 대한 Full Scale Range를 입력할 수 있으며, 연결된 MFC에 다른 종류의 Gas를 사용할 경우 Correction Factor를 맞추어 사용할 수 있다.
