YECOA YL-501B is an Aluminum coating agent of single-liquid type and natural drying type with a combination of 99%-pure Aluminum powder and polymer resin, and effective for repair of insufficient parts in steel materials processed with hot-dip galvanizing. YL-501B contains Aluminum for excellent resistance to corrosion and heat being used for rust prevention of steel materials and is used for the improvement of rust inhibition by simultaneously providing general rust inhibition and electrical rust inhibition effects to the parts where aluminum plating is impossible for operation due to the large and complicated shapes of the rust inhibition object.

Usage

ㆍRust inhibition for steel materials and structures.

ㆍRepair and substitution for zinc plating, repair and finish coating for the damaged part of plating.

ㆍBridge, steel tower, steel automobile, railroad vehicle, gas piping, pipe, etc.

ㆍHigh-temperature generation parts such as automotive mufflers, etc.

How to use

ㆍAlways wear safety equipment before work.

ㆍClean the dust, oil contents, and grease on the metal surface. (Using our metal cleaner, they are removed easily)

ㆍShake up and down lightly before use.

ㆍSpray twice or three times to make thick film formed.

ㆍSpray it about 20~30cm away from the target object.

ㆍApply it again depending on desired thickness.

ㆍTime for tack-free drying is about 2∼3 minutes.

ㆍComplete hardening takes 24 hours.

ㆍUse the target after complete hardening.

Precautions

 ※ Please observe the following points when storing and using the product and discard.

ㆍEven though it is low-flammable, keep away from fire to spray it.

ㆍProvide good ventilation for long-time use.

ㆍKeep it in a well-ventilated place below 40℃.

ㆍDo not use it toward fire.

ㆍDo not use near heater or stove.

ㆍDo not use in the room using fire.

ㆍDo not keep it in the place above 40℃.

ㆍProvide ventilation to use it in the closed room.

ㆍDo not throw it away into fire.

ㆍPunch the can to throw it away.

ㆍDo not keep it in the closed place.

ㆍSpraying may not work well below 5℃.
