Model : SA-777 (WEIGHT SORTER)

This is the facility to classify a mixed granulated goods from the cyclone to the copper and other materials.
Pulverized product is spread widely by the own vibration motor, then copper is discharged in front of the machine(It is fall down through the mesh).

Other materials(Plastics) which are not through the mesh are sent to a centrifugal separator (cyclone) via a blower At this time, the plastic and a part of very small copper particles are discharged as mixed condition.

This mixed materials is sent to the Wet Sorter and separated to copper and plastics by fine screening.
The generated dust (fine plastic particles) are automatically collected by the dust collector through the dust collecting pipe.

Possibilities : Communication lines, waste wires, PVC, wire, LPG hose pipe, various metal products and plastic products.
