Motivation for Development
This has been developed to cut both edges of DFR films with a separate slitting tool to make a match of the films with the width of products without exchanging such films and then laminate products, if the products in different sizes are applied when DFR films are laminated on PCB, FPCB, and glass products (panels).
* Note: Domestic PCB substrate manufacturers use equipment that applies after DFR films are pre-cut to make a match thereof with the width of products, and the automatic laminating equipment with cutting function has been developed and commercialized at the request of overseas customers. (There is no record of domestic delivery)

② Adopt the heating and pressurizing method using the hot roller, and double-sided or single-sided work is available
③ Designed to pressurize the entire hot roller uniformly for stable lamination
④ Apply the precision regulator when pressurizing the hot roller, leading to pressurization according to the thickness of products
⑤ The heater is designed to be exchanged easily through the adoption of the detachable type and minimize the temperature deviation in the entire roller.
⑥ The hot roller made with a special engineering method is durable and minimizes deformations in use.
⑦ The heater power supply system adopts the control method in the micro mode to maintain a steady temperature. 
⑧ Apply the ionizer system to eliminate static electricity, after peeling DFR films, and improve the electricity control function
⑨ No scratch on the hot roller, and fast, accurate temperate reaction speed, due to the use of a non-contact temperature sensor
⑩ The main body is equipped with the safety area sensor to replace films and seek maintenance safety.
