Motivation for Development
This is the equipment used when UV curing is necessary for the surface curing in the finish process to manufacture flooring (materials) using lumber. It is mostly used for high gloss furniture, developed at the request of production companies which need to cure the surface of beverage cans and steel products and want powerful UV cure in the surface-coloring process, often uses in the UV cure process to manufacture various flooring products for ordinary residential and public buildings, and also used together with N2-type and O2-type products depending on the surface conditions of products. 

Main Use : For internal curing of wood processing, floors and oiled floor paper, MDF, iron surface coloring, and packing paper 

Product Features
① This is operated almost around the clock, has excellent durability overall, is equipped with the tilt prevention system, and realizes the minimization of light leakage.
② It minimizes side reactions (albinism, etc.) caused by heat on coated surfaces by significantly blocking temperatures on the processed surface of the product through IR cutting, etc. 
③ It can at all times inspect the operational state in the workplace through the adoption of the warning tower lamp. It sets the UV curing process to suit physical, optical, and production conditions so products can be cured to wood, paper, PE, steel, etc. and be suitable for UV ink or resin. 
④ Cured products can realize more than 2,400mm in width, 8 to 25 MPM in line speed, and surface intensity, hardness, and color.
⑤ Capable of adding 1 R (infra red) box oven of front-stage according to the process
