Motivation for Development
Optical films are vulnerable to high(?) temperature, so if high energy and a large amount of energy are applied to optical films, the films contract and distort. To overcome this problem, UV irradiation system has been developed to allow uniform irradiation of UV while making filming cooling easy with the drum. We has made possible the change of UV irradiation conditions, depending on the types of products subject to work, and in some cases, made it possible to treat the surface of products by providing N2.

① This equipment is used to manufacture the products sensitive to heat in the process of manufacturing various optical films and window films used for FPD.
② Designed to irradiate water-cooled roll UV and minimized light leakage
③ Maintain high productivity by using high-powered light sources, is excellent at and optimized to compatibility with the characteristics of variable products, such as UV dosage and temperature, which processed products require
④ Capable of maintaining a certain intensity of illumination by adopting the feedback control system
⑤ Nitrogen purge is applicable (optional).
