Motivation for development
Equipment developed for use in the single-sided exposure of the Flexible PCB (FPCB). Exposure width is designed to be up to 250mm or 500mm.

Product Features
① Optical system, light source, and instrument parts are integrated and are used for single-sided exposure. 
② This equipment is a roll to roll single-sided collimated light exposure machine (downward): collimated light source installation
③ Classification by light sources based on exposure machines, available to be installed interchangeably - Short arc lamp 5kW (PC5000SV)
④ ROLL (FPC), 500mm or less in width, single-sided inner layer(only condition of DF work done - no standard holes) - vision and alignment instrument added for the outer layer 
• Intensity of illumination: 25 mw/㎠ or more, uniformity: 85% or more
• Exposure area: 500mm X 500mm 
• Degree of quality: making 40㎛ to 60㎛ of products (using D/F 30㎛ or less)
• Tact time: spending 4 to 6 seconds based on DF 50mj/㎠ general exposure machine vacuum method (contact method-hard contact).
• Combinational use of 3RT (freezer and outdoor unit) and forced air cooling exhaust method
• Sensing (EPC-sensitive), instrument alignment (STEPPING MOTOR)-design (equipment) included 
• PLC and touch panel applied
